Cea-Pack Services, Inc. was founded in March 1993 based on a single contract with Vons Companies. Emphasizing service and consistent rates, Cea-Pack quickly gained a strong foothold in the industry. In October 1995, Cea-Pack acquired West Coast Unloading Services, a significant competitor.
This acquisition brought in notable clients such as Lucky Stores, Smart & Final, and Food for Less, further enhancing an already impressive customer portfolio. With this expansion, Cea-Pack increased its workforce, providing greater flexibility to meet the ever-changing demands of its customers’ personnel needs. The company has also developed customized computer software programs that generate a variety of reports, including cost per case, dock door turn times, hourly expenses for various personnel, and numerous other specific reporting requirements.
